The Embassy of Italy in Tokyo

I had the chance to live a truly special night at the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo, joining forces with luxury watchmaking brand Panerai to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Paneristi community in Japan. Paneristi are enthusiasts and collectors who are passionate about Panerai watches and their legacy.

Over the years, they've been building a vibrant community focused on discussing, collecting, and exchanging knowledge about the brand.

This past November marked the 25th anniversary of the Panerai community in Japan, and I had the honour of taking an active part in their celebrations, held at the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo.

It was an evening where luxury, craftsmanship and creativity came together to forge a unique experience and lasting memory.

During the night, I had the pleasure of creating quick portraits of members of the Paneristi community in the stunning setting of the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo, which perfectly incorporates the best of both Italian and Japanese culture, architecture and art in the same place.

Making unique encounters and meeting so many special people while sharing my creativity is something I will treasure forever, just like the memory of this lovely evening.

I am extremely grateful to the Panerai Japan team for having me.

Thank you also to the Italian Ambassador to Japan, Gianluigi Benedetti, and his family for their warm welcome. Thank you very much to all teams involved on-site and ahead of the event, handling the logistics, for their precious help, support and kindness.
