I had the great pleasure of continuing my collaboration with Dries Van Noten, working with the team once again, this time in Osaka, at the iconic Hankyu Department Store.

Following the debut event at NEWoMan Takanawa, the Osaka edition marked the second stop of this project with the Dries Van Noten beauty division. The brand opened its corner at Hankyu just recently, bringing its world of colour, elegance and craftsmanship to the heart of Umeda, and I was delighted to be part of this special moment.
This event felt like a natural continuation of the Tokyo chapter and also a chance to meet a new audience in Kansai, while growing further through this collaboration. I am deeply grateful to the Dries Van Noten Japanese team for entrusting me once again with this role.

For two days at Hankyu, I created quick portraits for guests and loyal customers, while enjoying the experience of trying the refined Dries Van Noten lipsticks and perfumes to find the one that best fit their personality.
Despite my limited Japanese, the kindness of the guests made communication easier. Everyone was so appreciative of their portraits, and seeing their smiles reminded me once again how art can create a connection without many words.
I would also like to thank the entire Dries Van Noten team at Hankyu for their care and support throughout the two days. I am sincerely happy and grateful that this was a success for everyone involved.
Please feel free to explore the gallery below, which features selected highlights from the two-day event:
