During the last two years, the Mulleavy sisters opted to show in Paris during Haute Couture Week, but for their Spring/Summer 2019 collection, they decided to finally get back to New York Fashion Week.

The show took place at the Marble Cemetery in Manhattan's East Village, under the pouring rain, which eventually added a peculiar atmosphere to the whole showcase.

Elaborate hairstyle with flowers and roses adorned most of the models, highlighting the typical Rodarte signature garments made of tulle, veils and lamé. For Rodarte SS19, Kate and Laura Mulleavy created a romantic and dreamy fairytale: yet their silhouette was stronger than ever.
