Y/PROJECT SS20

Updated: Aug 10, 2021

During the latest season of Paris Fashion Week Men's I had the great pleasure of working on a live illustrated coverage for L'Officiel Hommes Italia, sketching live during shows and backstage, creating a unique view of those days, through my colour palette.

This sketch, created live during the Y/PROJECT Spring/Summer 2020 fashion show, is part of this series and I will happily post the rest of it in the coming days here on my blog.

The latest offering by creative director Glenn Martens, was presented in the Oratoire du Louvre, right in contrast with the feeling of deconstruction that can be felt all along with the collection.

The silhouette and its asymmetry and disproportion are under the radar of the Spring/Summer 2020 Y/PROJECT collection. Nothing is taken for granted here, each detail hides another one, revealing unexpected twists that lead the silhouette towards new and eclectic directions.

Two new men's bags and two new shoe forms are also introduced for the first time, enriching the prolific line of Y/PROJECTS's accessories.
